These terms govern your use of nutria.in and purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & payment

• Prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received via Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, out-of-stock items). A full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

2. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, weight, and appearance may vary slightly. Natural products (nuts, honey, seeds) may have small batch-to-batch variations in colour, size, or taste.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by Nutria Food Products. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Nutria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
