Where we ship

We ship across India via Delhivery. Serviceability depends on your PIN code. If we can't deliver to your area, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery times

• Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
• Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days.
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping charges

• Orders ₹499 and above: Free shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹60 shipping fee.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the Delhivery tracking number. You can also check your order status any time at Track Order.

Undelivered packages

If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the package is returned to us. We will contact you to either re-ship (at applicable charges) or refund you, minus the shipping cost incurred.
