At Nutria Food Products, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality dry fruits and food items to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements are provided.
No Returns on Delivered Food Items
Because our products are perishable and consumable, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. This is a food safety requirement we take seriously.
When you're eligible for a replacement or refund
We will replace or refund your order in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The packaging was tampered with or leaking on arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- An item was missing from your order.
How to raise a claim
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nutriafoodproducts@gmail.com or +91 9790234890.
- Share your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (product + packaging).
- Please keep the product and packaging until we confirm the next step.
- Once verified, we will either ship a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Situations we cannot cover
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability after multiple attempts.
- Minor packaging damage where the product itself is intact.
- Natural variations in colour, size, or shape of dry fruits — these are normal for farm-fresh, single-origin products.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may raise a claim under the conditions above if something goes wrong with delivery.
